Jim’s insurance knowledge spans nearly four decades, starting his career as an Independent Insurance Adjuster where he obtained an in-depth understanding of the complexities of insurance. This experience opened his eyes to the importance of proper insurance coverage. In 1989, Jim started his own agency from scratch in order to help alleviate customer frustration with insurance claims and ensure each client achieves the security provided by proper coverage. His main focus is developing comprehensive Commercial Insurance Packages and Special Programs for all types of businesses. Jim holds a BBA from Kent State University and the professional designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), the leading designation in property-casualty insurance. He attained a Certified Aviation Insurance Professional, CAIP, accreditation providing him with specialized knowledge in the Aviation Industry. He has been a board member of several private and public entities and is active in several community boards and organizations. He is an avid outdoorsman and loves golfing, fishing, hunting and flying.

Rhonda has over 13 years of experience in Commercial Lines Insurance. She is a graduate of Kent State University and earned her Property and Casualty license in March 2005. Rhonda is a student of the industry and enjoys the challenges of complex commercial accounts. Rhonda loves spending time with her husband and two boys. She enjoys outdoor activities like boating, biking, four-wheeling, snow mobiling, sports and camping.

Nicole is a new member to our team. She hopes to be licensed in insurance in the next year to come. She enjoys working with people and has been in customer service since age 16. In her free time Nicole enjoys hiking, collecting beach glass, and working out.
